The Council for Exceptional Children

The Illinois Council for Exceptional Children will honor the 100th Anniversary of the International Council for Exceptional Children (known today as CEC). CEC was founded on August 10, 1922. We are organizing a series of events that will take place virtually via Zoom on either the 9th, 10th, or 11th day of every month for the next twelve months. A zoom link will be sent during the week prior to each event. Each event will take place from 7:00-8:00 p.m. or from 9-10 a.m., (Central Time) or at a preferred time that accommodates our speakers’ schedules. Presentation title details and times may change upon a speaker’s request.
